the loan application

This isn't nearly as daunting as it sounds! We will walk you through this form so we can capture all the vital info we need to ensure your circumstances are presented as favourably as possible. Once we have reviewed the info, and have all the required documents (e.g. payslips), we will identify the best bank/lender for your needs and circumstances and present your application to them. You can use our super quick 2mins application or our more in depth 10min application to get you started,
Don't forget - we have access to loads of different lenders (unlike your bank), so your chances of securing the finance you need are much higher with us. And best of all - you don't even pay for our services - the lenders do!

peace of mind - with a pre-approval

If you are in the early stages of finding a new home then having a pre-approval in place makes an awful lot of sense. Not only will you look more attractive to people selling their homes (as they know you have finance already approved), you will also have a very good idea of the properties you can (and cannot) afford.
Pre-approvals are generally valid for 3-6 months, so put one in place now to avoid a mad rush when you do find the ideal home!

getting approval

Once the sale and purchase agreement has been signed for your new dream home we will ensure final approval is in place as quickly as possible. If valuations are required we will arrange this for you. If you need home & contents cover we can help. No matter what you need we'll be onto it!
the big day - settlement

The transactions that take place on settlement are actioned by your solicitor, but we will be in touch to keep you updated and to ensure everything ticks along as expected. Once completed you just need to arrange picking up the keys and moving in!

For us, this is only the start of our role. Helping secure the finances you need, and walking you through the buying process is important, but we want to ensure your needs are covered for the lifetime of the loan - not just at the start.
We will make sure we contact you re: your fixed rate loans to ensure you continue to receive the best rates for your circumstances. We will also touch base to put in place,and maintain, appropriate insurances for you.
